Shipping and Delivery Cost Statement for Residential Customers (B2C) – Prime Vitality
Delivery and Destination
Prime Vitality’s offered products are intended for personal use and are delivered in their original packaging. Deliveries are made to the address provided by the customer. We strive to deliver your order quickly and reliably to the address you provide.
Delivery time
Orders placed before 3:00 p.m. on business days are usually presented to the carrier within one (1) business day, provided the products are in stock. Non-stock or special order products may have a longer delivery time. Delivery times are indicative and do not constitute a deadline unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing. Delivery usually takes place within 1-3 business days after shipment, depending on the shipping method and destination selected.
Shipping Methods and Costs
Orders are shipped via an external shipping service provider, such as PostNL, DHL or another reliable delivery service, unless otherwise agreed upon. Shipping costs are not included in the displayed product prices and are calculated separately during the ordering process.
Shipping costs depend on the size of the order, weight and destination of the package. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can track the delivery.
Delivery is normally made on business days between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm. Prime Vitality is not liable for delays caused by the transport service providers.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
If the customer has provided an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, Prime Vitality is not responsible for delayed or incorrect delivery. Additional shipping costs incurred due to an incorrect address will be borne entirely by the customer. We recommend checking your address carefully when placing your order.
Returns and Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Dutch law, consumers have the right to return a product within 14 days of receipt without giving reasons. The products must be in undamaged, unused condition and in the original, unopened packaging. Products that have been opened or used are not eligible for return. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that cannot be returned for hygienic or other reasons.
Warranty and Notification of Defects
The customer is obliged to check the delivery immediately upon receipt for visible defects, transport damage or incompleteness. Complaints about damaged or incomplete products should be reported in writing, preferably with photos, within two (2) business days of receipt at support@primevitality.nl. If a defect is found, Prime Vitality will, at its discretion, replace the product or offer a refund.
Complaint Procedure
Complaints about the delivery, packaging or quality of products should be motivated and timely (within seven calendar days) reported in writing via the email address support@primevitality.nl. Prime Vitality strives to work with the customer to find an appropriate solution within a reasonable period of time.
Payment methods
Consumers can complete their order through a number of secure payment methods, such as iDEAL, Bancontact, credit card or other available payment options listed during the checkout process of the online store.
