Prime Vitality, based in the Netherlands, is responsible for the processing of personal data as reflected in this privacy statement. This statement is specifically prepared for our retail customers and applies to all personal data we collect through our online store and other digital services we offer.
We attach great importance to the protection of personal data and process it in accordance with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (AVG).

This privacy statement applies to the use of our website www.primevitality.nl, as well as other (sub)domains and digital services operated by us that are aimed at private customers (B2C). The statement does not apply to business customers (B2B).

We only share personal data with third parties if this is necessary for the execution of the agreement or if we are required to do so by law. Third parties that process personal data on behalf of Prime Vitality include:

- Logistic partners
- Hosting and IT service providers
- Marketing Partners
We enter into processor agreements with these third parties, in line with the AVG, to ensure the protection of your data.

If personal data is processed outside the European Economic Area (EEA), we will ensure that this transfer complies with the requirements of the AVG, for example by using European Commission model contractual clauses or by complying with an adequacy decision.
