Ingredients:

1g (1 flat scoop as provided) per day. The dose is optional to increase to 2g per day if needed.

ULTANA™ Phytoplankton is a food, so you can eat it at any time of the day. It has a mild seaweed (fish) taste. This taste does not come from the fish but the taste of fish comes from the plankton.

A tip for ingestion is to mix the powder with some lemon water or add it in a fresh smoothie. This way, the seaweed taste will diminish.
