Excipients | Pullulan (raw material capsule) and rice flour (filler). Exendo® Epigenomics does not use the anti-adhesive magnesium stearate. This substance – adopted from the pharmaceutical industry – prevents the capsules from sticking to the molds of fully automatic capsule machines. Use | Recommended daily dose: 1 to 2 capsules, half an hour before bedtime. We recommend starting with 1 capsule. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. Do not administer to children under 18 years of age. Keep out of the reach of young children. Store in a dry place and at room temperature. A dietary supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. | |||||||||||||||
Contraindications | Do not use during pregnancy and lactation period. Consult your physician or pharmacist in case of concomitant use of regular anticoagulants (incl. aspirin) and high-dose natural anticoagulants (e.g., red clover and curcumin), with especially (peri)menopausal women taking hormones and/or high-dose phytoestrogens. Intake should be discontinued 1 day before a surgical procedure.
In 0.2% of (peri)menopausal women following hormonal treatment and/or taking phytoestrogens, magnolol may cause side effects. For this reason, the use of magnolol in this group is not recommended. Magnolol may potentiate the effects of sleep medication, sedatives, anticonvulsants, alcohol and other GABA-acting drugs. Caution is advised in diabetics because magnolol may lower blood sugar levels. Other influences on medicines and health products are also possible. Consult your doctor or an expert before taking supplements in case of doubt, medication use and illness. |
