Nano Zinc comes in liquid form (without capsule or casing), making the mineral easy to take and quickly absorbed through the mucous membranes. The absorbability of supplementation is determined in the stomach, intestines and other organs such as the liver. Adults:

Daily dose: 10 ml per day (= 1 tablespoon)

Children 6 to 12 years:
Daily dose: 20 ml per day (= 2 tablespoons)
